Problem We Found
A comprehensive SEO audit of the website revealed several critical issues that were limiting online visibility, reducing user engagement, and impacting lead generation. The findings pointed to an outdated site structure, poorly optimized content, and major technical SEO gaps, highlighting the urgent need for a complete website revamp.
Previous optimization attempts had relied on black hat SEO practices, including keyword stuffing and irrelevant backlinks, which led to Google penalties after the 2013 algorithm update. In addition, the 2015 website migration from HTML to WordPress was poorly executed, missing essential 301 redirects that resulted in broken links and further reduced search visibility.

To boost performance, we migrated the website to a faster server for improved speed and stability. We also developed a robust content marketing strategy, updating blogs using SEO best practices and Yoast plugin recommendations, while removing over 70 low-quality posts. New, in-depth blogs exceeding 1,500 words were created to strengthen authority in the crane manufacturing industry.
